If you do not record your business, you have no business.

 

We are generally caught up in the activity business without the creating of business.

 

Useful business advice provides the nuts and bolts of accomplishment.  Generic advice such as 'Know your Business' or 'Have the Proper Attitude' platitudes do not assist a new business owner.

 

Organization and Process are two distinct actions that feed off each other. Business process can evolve independently of our ability to organize it.  We can Organize business but not actively affect the process and communicate. 

 

Organization is a function of Management

 

Process is a function of Production whether Good or Services.

 

Effective development of Organization and Process involves recorded interplay between Management and Production. This is not a dictatorial process but a constant evolutionary process.

 

It is this interplay between Management and Production, between Organization and Process that creates the system.
